City of Wheaton City Council met Nov. 23.

Based on Governor Pritzker’s Executive Order prohibiting gatherings of 10 persons or more, the public is strongly encouraged to attend the Public Hearing virtually. In the event an individual wishes to attend in person, they will be asked to observe the meeting from the adjacent Gamon Room to maintain compliance with the Governor’s order. The meeting will also be live streamed and recorded.
