Committee discussion and a motion to send to the Village Board approval to purchase five Battery Back-Up Systems (as replacements) for the five remaining traffic signal intersections within the Village of Cherry Valley, at a cost of $46,405.00 (which includes trade-ins). This is from line item 5375 Capital Improvements.

1. Committee discussion and a motion to send to the Village Board approval to hire a Maintenance Worker I (to fill a second vacancy within the Public Works Department), at a starting wage of $18.00 per hour pending approval of all preemployment requirements.
