City of Winchester City Council Met March 8.
Here is the agenda provided by the council:
AN ORDINANCE authorizing and providing for an Installment Purchase Agreement for the purpose of paying the cost of purchasing natural gas for the City of Winchester, Scott County, Illinois, and for the issue of a not to exceed $395,000.00 Debt Certificate, Series 2021, of said City evidencing the rights to payment under said Agreement, providing for the security for and means of payment under said Agreement of said Certificate, and authorizing the sale of said Certificate to the Illinois Finance Authority.
