The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $13,752.99, 1.92% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $670,000 on March 19, 2013.

In January 2021, 114 properties sold in Lincoln Park.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Clio C. Silman has been registered to vote since 2016. Lawrence J. Silman has been registered to vote since 2007 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including five for Democrats.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 2605 N. Greenview Ave., Chicago as of Oct. 10, 2020: Clio C Mulryne, 56, Clio C. Silman, 56, and Lawrence J. Silman, 62.
