On Dec. 31, 2020, Ivan David Erazo Mendieta and Blanca Griselda Sanchez Tinajero purchased a property at 6217 S. Austin Ave., Chicago from Maureen M. Bittner (estate), Parrilli Paula and Maureen M. Bittner (deceased) for $255,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $632.85, 0.25% of the sale price of the home.

In December 2020, 20 properties sold in Clearing.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Maureen M. Bittner (70) has been registered to vote since 1986 and has voted in at least 15 primary elections, records show, including 15 for Democrats.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that Bittner was the only registered voter residing at 6217 S. Austin Ave., Chicago as of Oct. 10, 2020.
