On Dec. 30, 2020, Alexander Hayes and Madeline Stark purchased a home at 1500 N. Leavitt St., Chicago from Jodi and Michael Goy for $895,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $17,267.65, 1.93% of the sale price of the home.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Jodi Lyn Goy has been registered to vote since 2014 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one for Republicans.
