According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Kathleen Thompson (68) has been registered to vote since 2000 and has voted in at least nine primary elections, records show, including nine for Democrats.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that Thompson was the only registered voter residing at 3848 N. Milwaukee Ave., Chicago as of Oct. 10, 2020.
