On Dec. 29, 2020, Patricia Knighten purchased a home at 7306 S. Lafayette Ave. Hse, Chicago from Vnancy Mary Turner (trustee), Isadore Turner Jr. (trust) and Nancy Mry Turner (trust) for $135,000.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Isadore Turner has been registered to vote since 1977 and has voted in at least 14 primary elections, records show, including 14 for Democrats. Nancy M. Turner has been registered to vote since 1977 and has voted in at least 14 primary elections, records show, including 13 for Democrats and one for Republicans.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 7306 S. Lafayette Ave. Hse, Chicago as of Oct. 10, 2020: Isadore Turner, 95, and Nancy M. Turner, 98.
