On June 29, Hargune (trust), Dalia Ahmed Haroune (trustee) and Abdelghani Haroune (trustee) sold their five bedroom, two bathroom home at 2215 W. Winona St., Chicago to Chhavi and Shobhit Porwal for $1,250,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $15,262.52, 1.22% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Aug. 30, 2013 for $390,000.

This property is one of 50 sales so far in Ravenswood in June 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Dalia Ahmed Haroune has been registered to vote since 2012 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries. Abdelghani Haroune has been registered to vote since 2019.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
