2. Committee discussion and a motion to send to the Village Board to award the bid for the Harrison Avenue Westbound Lane Improvements to the lowest responsive bidder.

3. Committee discussion and a motion to send to the Village Board to award the bid for the Harrison Avenue Culvert Repairs to the lowest responsive bidder.
