On Sept. 10, Evelyn F. Garcia and David T. Reyes purchased a home at 7405 S. Rockwell St., Chicago from Aaron Smith and Sabrina Coulter for $157,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2019 was $1,701.81. This is 1.08% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on July 20, 2001 for $99,500.

So far in September 2021, nine properties sold in Marquette Park.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Aaron Smith has been registered to vote since 1988 and has voted in at least nine primary elections, records show, including nine Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 7405 S. Rockwell St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Aaron Smith, 51, and Kyia R. Mills, 29.
