Approval of the Program Year 2022 (PY22) Human Services Application.
· It is the responsibility of the Advisory and Recommendation Committees (ARCs) to review funding applications and provide feedback to staff on scoring.
· Staff has proposed changes to the PY22 Human Services Application.
· The proposed changes to the application include:
o Removal of references to multi-year funding because impacted projects are not required to complete an annual application.
o Clarification language related to applications connecting to a goal and fundable tactics from the Consolidated Plan to score maximum points.
