On Nov. 29, Titanium Holdings Inc. purchased a home at 7634 S. May St., Chicago from Geraldine Battle (estate), Geraldine Battle (deceased) and Brenda Harris for $85,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $879.22, which is 1.03% of the sale price of the home.

So far in November 2021, five properties sold in Gresham.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Geraldine Battle has been registered to vote since 1987 and has voted in at least 12 primary elections, records show, including 12 Democratic Primaries.
