On Dec. 23, Mark John Bawoll and George John Bawool purchased a home at 6044 N. Austin Ave., Chicago from Joann Kitowski (trustee) and Kitowski Revocwble Joann (trust) for $510,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $3,431.29. This is 0.67% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, four properties sold in Norwood Park.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Joann Kitowski has been registered to vote since 1986 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including four Democratic Primaries and one Republican Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 6044 N. Austin Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Joann Kitowski, 79, Ronald G. Kitowski, 60, and Joseph A. Craglione, 65.
