The last time this property sold was Aug. 30, 1993. It last sold for $112,000.

So far in December 2021, three properties sold in Beverly.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Terrence Marlon Thrower (40) has been registered to vote since 1999 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including five Democratic Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
