The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $3,722.71, 1.55% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Nov. 30, 1992 for $85,000.

This property is the only sale in West Elsdon so far in March 2022 as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 5514 S. Kostner Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jolimar Barreto, 27, and Gregory D Kolesiak, 67.
