On March 22, Leticia Mereado and Eric Mercado purchased a home at 4429 N. Keystone Ave., Chicago from Amanda Savage and Robert J. Landers for $315,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $5,435.79, which is 1.73% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $270,000 on Jan. 12, 2021.

So far in March 2022, two properties sold in Mayfair.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were three registered voters residing at 4429 N. Keystone Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kevin Gramajo, 29, Sara Arango, and Edwin Sanmartin Sojos.
