On March 21, John T. Wersells (estate), John T. Wersells (deceased) and Fran Wersells (executor) sold their home at 11120 S. Albany Ave., Chicago to Snl Investments LLC for $182,500.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $2,141.24, which is 1.17% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2022, three properties sold in Mount Greenwood.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, John T. Wersells (72) has been registered to vote since 1979 and has voted in at least 14 primary elections, records show, including 13 Democratic Primaries.
