Uptown home prices rose in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Uptown, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $64,000 while total sales decreased by 90.5 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $379,000 - a 20.3 percent increase over the $315,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 63 homes sold in Uptown in April 2021.
