South Loop median home prices rose by 7.7% in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in South Loop , a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $25,500 while total sales decreased by 93.8 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $356,000 - a 7.7 percent increase over the $330,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 96 homes sold in South Loop in April 2021.
