Offender: Guy Davis, 57 | 7600 block of S. Kingston Chicago, Illinois
Charges: Three (3) felony counts – Theft/Control/Person<$500
Two (2) felony counts – Identity Theft/<$300
Court: Central Bond Court – 2600 S. California – September 14, 2022
Narrative: The above offender was arrested by members of the Transit Security Unit on September 12, 2022, in the 100 block of N. Wells. He was identified as the offender responsible for several pickpocket thefts that occurred on the public transit system over the last two weeks:
• August 29 – 1200 block of W. Loyola (24th District); 20-year-old female victim
• August 31 – 500 block of N. State (18th District); 25-year-old female victim
• September 3 – 0-100 block of W. Lake (1st District); 53-year-old female victim
The offender is also charged with using credit cards belonging to two of the above victims. The offender was placed into custody without incident and subsequently charged accordingly.
