Narrative: The above offender was arrested on September 19, 2022, in the 5200 block of S. Mobile. He was identified as the offender responsible for a fatal vehicle crash that occurred on September 17, 2022, in the 5100 block of S. State (2nd District). The offender failed to stop at a red light and collided with another vehicle, killing a 44- year-old female passenger. The offender was placed into custody and charged accordingly.
