Narrative: The above offender was arrested by members of the Chicago Police Department and the Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force on September 20, 2022, in the 5500 block of W. Grand. He was identified as a second offender who participated in the fatal shooting of an 18-year-old male on August 1, 2022, in the 2100 block of N. Natchez (25th District). The offender is also charged in connection to a July 28, 2022 armed robbery of a 48-year-old male and 53-year-old male in the 6900 block of W. Shakespeare (25th District). The offender was placed into custody and charged accordingly.
