Narrative: The above offender was arrested on September 27, 2022, in the 200 block of S. State, in connection to three incidents that occurred on the morning of September 25, 2022. He was identified as the offender who grabbed a 45-year-old female victim’s arm and attempted to pull her into a vehicle in the 200 block of S. Sangamon (12th District). He is also charged in connection to the aggravated batteries of a 35-year-old female in the 100 block of W. Roosevelt (1st District) and of a 25-year-old female in the 600 block of S. State (1st District). The offender was placed into custody and charged accordingly.
