Narrative: The above offender was arrested by members of the Chicago Police Department’s Mass Transit Unit on October 2, 2022, at 11:39 p.m., in the 1100 block of S. State. He was identified as the offender who, minutes earlier, robbed a 25-year-old male on a train platform in the 1100 block of S. State (1st District). Responding officers quickly placed the offender into custody on scene and he was subsequently charged accordingly.
