Narrative: The above offender was arrested on October 2, 2022, at 12:00 p.m., in the 10700 block of S. Wabash Avenue. He was identified as the offender who, approximately 40 minutes earlier, shot and seriously injured a 7-year-old male victim in the 10800 block of S. State (5th District). The offender was quickly placed into custody and subsequently charged accordingly.
