Narrative: The above offenders were arrested on October 7, 2022, at approximately 11:46 a.m. in the 1300 block of W. 95th St. after being identified as the offenders who, on September 17, 2022 at approximately 12:08 a.m. battered and forcefully took a bicycle from a 33-year-old male in the 200 block of W. Garfield Blvd. (9th District). The offenders were placed into custody and charged accordingly.
