About the Crime:
This alert gives notice to residents of the 014th District of recent armed robberies, in which the victims are approached by the offenders who display handguns, point the guns either at victim or at the back of the victim's head, and demand the victim's personal property (wallet, money, and cellphone). Victims seen getting into a possible gray Ford Escape.

• 2000 Block of North Richmond St on October 5, 2022 @ 10:38 PM
• 1700 Block of North Wolcott Ave on October 5, 2022 @ 11:40 PM
• 2700 Block of West Fullerton Ave on October 7, 2022 @ 5:29 PM
Offender Description:
2 male black subjects, 16-25 years of age, 5'07-5'10, 130-150lbs, wearing dark or all black clothing
What you can do:
• Be aware of your surroundings and unfamiliar or suspicious people in your area.
• Do not try to rationalize or confront offenders, it could lead to possible injury
• Park in well-lit areas and in areas where there is pedestrian and vehicular traffic
• Notify neighbors of this crime pattern. If you see something suspicious, alert police immediately.
• Call 911 immediately if you are a victim or witness to a crime and provide a detailed description of the offender(s) and involved vehicles.
