Mental Health First Aid Training (MHFA)
MHFA is a nationally accredited program by the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. Participants are trained to recognize and respond to mental health concerns, and to provide mental health support/resources in both crisis and non-crisis situations.. . . . This training requires 2 hours of pre-work online (instructions will be sent on how to access the pre-work once you are registered). The in-person instructor-led session includes a lunch break, but lunch is not provided. Please feel free to bring your own lunch.. . . .
