A Roll Call was made and the following Commissioners were found to be in attendance:

Present: 5 - Commissioner Jose M. Munoz, Modesto Valle, Commissioner Andrea Telli, Commissioner Ashley Hemphill Netzky and Myetie Hamilton

Absent: 2 - Commissioner Donald Edwards and Commissioner Sharif Walker

President Hamilton gave remarks in acknowledgment of Dr. Conrad Worrill and the Track and Field Center named in his honor.

General Superintendent and CEO, Rosa Escareno, gave an overview of the Dr. Conrad Worrill Track and Field Center and introduced Deputy Director of Revenue, Trena Harris, and Coach Craig Collins. Trena Harris gave a presentation on the accomplishments and events at the Center since the facility's opening in 2020. Coach Craig Collins introduced Junior Olympic National Qualifiers for AAU and USATF athletes.

The following AAU and USATF athletes were in attendance and recognized: Eniece Danzy, K’saundra Frison, Madison Jones, Gabrielle Jones, Kayden Ratliff, Brighton Warfield, Mattie Winston, Etta Winston, Delilah Martinez, Mason Danzy, Lindora Kamalu, Isabella Kamalu, and Danita Palmore. Miles Davis was recognized, but could not attend.

A motion was made by Commissioner Hemphill Netzky, seconded by Commissioner Telli, that the Closed Session Minutes be released for public inspection for the following dates: January 26, 2022, April 20, 2022, May 11, 2022, and a portion of the June 8, 2022 meeting minutes. The motion carried by the following vote:
