City of Wheaton Public Library Nominating Committee met July 18.
Here are the minutes provided by the committee:
I. Call to Order and Roll Call
The meeting was called to order by Kathryn Staron at 6:32 p.m. Members present in person were Kathryn Staron, Chair, and Bob Lyon and Joe McHaley.
II. Citizens to Be Heard
None
III. Consideration of a Slate to Propose to the Library Board of Trustees, including President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary
Ms. Staron reviewed the current executive committee and reached out to them for their interest in continuing. The nominating committee will recommend the following to the executive roles:
President: Laurie Metanchuk
Vice President: Al Herbach
Treasurer: Christine Fenne
Secretary: Vallari Talapatra
IV. Adjournment
There being no further business of the Wheaton Public Library Nominating Committee, the meeting was adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
