Presentation & discussion regarding the Single Use Plastic Prohibition.
· On December 14, 2021, the County Board passed a joint resolution adopting a policy to prohibit single use plastics in Lake County Operations by January 1, 2023.
· The Sustainability Programs Manager has created a presentation reflecting work with vendors, partner organizations, and department staff which measures impact sfor eliminating single use plastic from food service operations.
