Narrative: The offender was arrested on November 17, 2022, in the 1100 block of S. Hamilton. He was identified as the third of the offenders who, on August 12, 2022, implied a firearm and forcefully took a vehicle from a 24-year-old female in the 0- 100 block of S. Jefferson (1st District). The offender was placed into custody and charged accordingly. No additional information is available at this time.
