Village of Cherry Valley Liquor Commission met Oct. 4.

Chairman David Schroeder called the meeting to order at 6:45 PM.
A roll call was taken by Village Clerk Kathy Trimble:

Also present: Attorney Roxanne Sosnowski, Trustees Jeff Fustin, Brandi Pearse, Mike Neville, Carl Wedig, Village Administrator Jim Claeyssen, Village Treasurer Maureen Gumowski and Village Clerk Kathy Trimble.
ADOPT THE AGENDA: Trustee Hollembeak moved to adopt the agenda. Village President Schroeder seconded. All “AYE” none opposed. Motion carried.
APPROVE THE MINUTES: Trustee Hollembeak moved to approve the minutes of April 11, 2022. Village President Schroeder seconded. All “AYE” none opposed. Motion carried.
PUBLIC COMMENT: None

NEW BUSINESS:
1. Commission review and action regarding Liquor and Gaming Licenses submitted to The Village of Cherry Valley for X-Golf Rockford, LLC 7047 Newburg Road, Rockford, Illinois 61108 (Motion to send licenses reviewed to the Village Board for approval).
Trustee Hollembeak moved to accept the Liquor and Gaming Licenses for X-Golf Rockford, LLC 7047 Newburg Road, Rockford, Illinois 61108 as presented and to send the licenses to the October 18, 2022 Village Board Meeting for approval. Village President Schroeder seconded. All “AYE” none opposed. Motion carried. Copies placed on file with meeting minutes.

ADJOURNMENT: Trustee Hollembeak moved to adjourn the Liquor Commission Meeting at 6:50 PM. Village President Schroeder seconded. All “AYE” none opposed. Motion carried.
