2. Motion to approve Ordinance No. 2022-12-12, an Ordinance approving an annual appropriation ordinance for the Village of Rosemont, Illinois for fiscal year 2023.
3. Motion to approve Ordinance No. 2022-12-12A, an Ordinance authorizing the sale or disposal of certain surplus personal property (2003 Ford E-450 Bus & 15 Trek bicycles).
4. Motion to approve an Internet Auction Agreement with Biddergy.com for the sale of surplus Village assets.
5. Motion to approve an agreement with Field Protection Agency, LLC. for the rental of the Village-owned field protection system to other users.
6. Motion to approve a License Agreement between the Village of Rosemont and Windy City Baseball LLC. for Windy City’s licensing of the Parkway Bank Sports Complex.
7. Motion to approve Village-wide newspaper subscriptions with the Journal & Topics Media Group for calendar year 2023 in the amount of $34,029.80 and calendar year 2024 in the amount of $34,888.35.
8. Motion to approve a proposal from TK Elevator for the modernization of the elevators at the Rosemont Theatre in the amount of $186,156.00.
9. Motion to approve Ordinance No. 2022-12-12B, an Ordinance amending Section 3 of Village of Rosemont Ordinance No. 95-2-1 “An Ordinance providing grants to the owners of owner occupied residential property located within the Village of Rosemont.”
10. Motion to approve a guaranteed maximum price contract with DR Rosemont for repairs to the Best Western Hotel made necessary by the demolition of the attached adjoining Village owned structure in the amount of $104,999.85.
11. Motion to approve an agreement with Rosemont Carpenters LLC. for the supply of carpenter labor as required at Village venues and Village-owned facilities.
12. Motion to approve and ratify a proposal from Roland Machinery for the purchase of a Komatsu loader in the amount of $221,471.00.
13. Motion to approve and ratify a proposal from Lindco Equipment Sales for the purchase of a Viking 18’ snow pusher in the amount of $16,718.75.
14. Motion to approve the municipal liability coverages as recommended by Alliant Insurance including coverages for General Liability, Employee Benefits Liability, Automobile/Garage Keepers Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Law Enforcement Liability, Auto Physical Damage Liability, Workers’ Compensation/Employers Liability, Cyber Liability, Fiduciary/Public Safety Officers Pension Board Liability, multiple layers of Excess Liability cover age and related fees in the amount of $970,591.00.
15. Motion to authorize a contract between the Village and VuCase Rentals, Inc. for showcase rentals on an as needed basis.
16. Motion to authorize a contract between the Village and Paradox Photography Inc. for photog raphy services on an as needed basis.
17. Motion to authorize a contract between the Village and Floral Exhibits, Inc. for floral and plant rental services on an as needed basis.
18. Motion to authorize a contract between the Village and Angles on Design for rental furniture and equipment on an as needed basis.
19. Motion to authorize individual contracts between the Village and Airways Freight Corporation, ArcBest Trade Show Services, M & M Motor Service, Perimeter Global Logistics, TForce Freight, Inc. and Yellow Freight Inc. for delivery, loading and cartage for shipments to and from the Convention Center.
20. Motion to authorize the Village President to execute the Master Tradeshow collective bar gaining agreement with Teamsters Local Union No. 727.
21. Motion to authorize the Village President to execute a collective bargaining agreement with the Riggers, Machinery Movers and Machinery Erectors Local 136.
22 Motion to authorize the Village President to enter in to a collective bargaining agreement with the Drapery, Slip Cover, Window Shade, Venetian Blinds, Exhibition, Flag and Bunting Decorators Union, Local No. 17U.
23. Motion to approve an agreement with Wright Heerema Architects to provide architectural and engineering services for the redevelopment of 9501 Technology Blvd. in the amount of $632,250.00.
24. Motion to approve an agreement with FGM Architects Inc. to provide architectural and engineering services for the Public Safety components of the redevelopment of 9501 Technology Blvd. and architectural and engineering services for a new training range and public works expansion building in the amount of $897,000.00.
25. Motion to approve and authorize expenditures for the purchase of equipment and installation labor for the build-out of a lobby bar & restaurant at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Cen ter in the amount of $254,621.00.
