Narrative: The offender was arrested by the Chicago Police Department on December 29, 2022, in the 1000 block of S. Desplaines St. at approximately 3:45 a.m. He was positively identified as the offender who, minutes earlier, opened fired on a 28-year-old male victim in the 1000 block of S. Desplaines St. (1st District). The victim was not injured. The offender was placed into custody without incident and charged accordingly.
