Narrative: The above offender was arrested on February 6, 2023, at 11:59 p.m., in the 5900 block of S. Elizabeth. He was identified as the offender who, minutes earlier, shot a 24-year-old male in the 5900 block of S. Elizabeth (7th District). Responding officers quickly located the offender and placed him into custody on scene. A weapon was also recovered. The offender was subsequently charged accordingly.
