Narrative: The above offender was arrested by members of the Chicago Police Department and the Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force on February 7, 2023, in the 10300 block of S. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Dr. He was identified as one of the offenders who, on August 27, 2022, shot and seriously injured a 30-year-old female while riding a train in the 100 block of N. State (1st District).
The offender was placed into custody and charged accordingly. No additional information is available at this time.
