Narrative: The above offender was arrested on February 9, 2023, at 4:28 p.m., in the 5100 block of S. Wentworth Ave. He was identified as the offender who on February 4, 2023 at approximately 3:16 p.m., robbed and battered a 25-year-old female inside a parking garage in the 200 block of W. Washington (1st District). The offender has also been identified as the offender in two other separate incidents.
