Narrative: The above offender was arrested on February 20, 2023, at 2:57 a.m., in the 1600 block of S. Lawndale. He was identified as one of the offenders who, approximately 20 minutes earlier, was involved in a physical altercation in a parking lot in the 3800 block of W. Harrison (11th District). The offender battered a 17-year-old female and a 23-year-old female before opening fire, striking a 17- year-old male. Responding officers located the offender, who was placed into custody and charged accordingly.
