Narrative: The above offender was arrested on February 23, 2023, at 3:01 p.m., in the 100 block of N. Wells. Minutes earlier, officers were conducting a platform check in the 100 block of N. Wells (1st District) and observed the offender damaging and defacing CTA property with derogatory language. The offender was quickly placed into custody, at which time suspected narcotics were recovered. The offender was subsequently charged accordingly. No additional information is available at this time.
