Narrative: The above offender was arrested by members of the Great Lakes Fugitive Task Force on February 27, 2023, in the 10000 block of W. O’hare St. He was positively identified as the offender who, on January 20, 2023 at approximately 10:36 p.m. fatally shot a 36-year-old male victim in the 300 block of N. Hamlin Ave. (11th District). The offender was placed into custody and charged accordingly. No additional information is available at this time.
