One (1) misdemeanor count – Resisting/Obstruct/PC Officer
Court: Central Bond Court – 2600 S. California – March 1, 2023
Narrative: The above offenders were arrested on February 26, 2023, at 6:23 p.m., in the 2700 block of S. Homan. They were identified as the offenders who, earlier that day, fatally shot a 22-year-old male victim in the 2700 block of W. 18th St. (10th District).
Within 14 hours, officers located the offenders, who were in possession of a vehicle reported stolen in January 2023. The offenders were placed into custody and charged accordingly.
