Dr. Monique Carroll brings more than 14 years of experience in intercollegiate athletics and she is focused on taking our Division 1 programs to a next level. She represents a new era of strong women leaders who prioritize student-athletes' successes and elevating program brands. She aims to uplift, enrich, and guide student-athletes' experiences to excellence.
The Athletic Department recently announced an Exploratory Committee to analyze adding a football program and expanding its women's programs to the University's current roster of 15 sports teams.
There are only 14% of female Athletic Directors in the NCAA Division, of which Dr. Carroll is one of them.
