Narrative: The above offender was arrested on March 7, 2023, at 12:29 p.m., in the 7300 block of S. St. Lawrence. He was identified as one of the offenders who, moments earlier, took a vehicle at gunpoint from a 45-year-old male in the 600 block of W. 63rd St. (7th District). Responding officers quickly located the offender in traffic and initiated a traffic stop. The offender attempted to flee but was quickly placed into custody. A firearm was also recovered. The offender was subsequently charged accordingly.
