Narrative: The above offender was arrested on March 8, 2023, at approximately 1:20 a.m., in the 3200 block of W. Lake. He was identified as the offender who, minutes earlier, battered a 40-year-old male transit employee and damaged an attendant booth on the train platform in the 3200 block of W. Lake (11th District). Responding officers quickly placed the offender into custody on scene and he was subsequently charged accordingly. No additional information is available at this time.
