Narrative: The above offender was arrested by members of the Vehicular Hijacking Task Force on March 8, 2023, in the 6400 block of S. Kedzie. He was identified as one of the offenders who, on February 7, 2023, took a vehicle by force from a 34-year-old female at a gas station in the 6400 block of W. Archer (8th District). The offender was placed into custody and charged accordingly. No additional information is available at this time.
