Narrative: The above offender was arrested on March 9, 2023, at 6:56 p.m., in the 2200 block of E. 71st St. He was identified as the offender who, approximately 20 minutes earlier, displayed a weapon and robbed a 15-year-old female, and attempted to rob a 56-year-old female, in the 2200 block of E. 71st St. (3rd District). Responding officers quickly located the offender and placed him into custody on scene. He was subsequently charged accordingly.
