Narrative: The above offender was arrested by members of the Area Three Homicide Investigation Team on March 11, 2023, at approximately 3:02 p.m., in the 1600 block of N. Kimball. He was positively identified as the offender who, less than 14 hours earlier, fatally stabbed a 26-year-old female victim while on the CTA platform in the 200 block of S. Wabash (1st District). The offender was placed into custody and charged accordingly.
