Narrative: The above offender was arrested by the Chicago Police Department on March 13, 2023 at approximately 8:53 a.m. in the 1100 block of W. 63rd St. He was positively identified as the offender who, minutes earlier, battered a 50-year-old female victim while on the CTA Bus in the 1100 block of W. 63rd St. (7th District). The offender was placed into custody and charged accordingly.
